I really like sitting in meditation in a group. It’s not just the sense of connection it offers but also it’s a very effective external motivator for my regular meditation practice.
I’ve practised. I’ve taught. I’ve lead. I’ve followed. I’ve sat. I’ve facilitated.
And yet, right now, I feel like a beginner.
I have found there is one thing I can do to cut through the chatter, get clarity, and focus on what’s important.
It’s a rare event for me to be lost for words but this week has been so intense, I can’t even write about it yet….
