I’ve always wondered if it’s possible to live without stress and I’m now starting to believe it is.
I’ve practised. I’ve taught. I’ve lead. I’ve followed. I’ve sat. I’ve facilitated.
And yet, right now, I feel like a beginner.
People often associate exercise with losing weight. I find exercise most beneficial for its impact on my mood. It’s hard to be grumpy, anxious or stressed when all my energy is going into getting oxygen to my lungs.
