On Weston Culture

I’ve talked about doing a personal blog for years; something to bring together the 101 aspects of my life and work in one place.

I tried putting it all in a website, and just had too much stuff that didn’t fit. Then, I started a couple of newsletters, one personal and one business focused, but they too didn’t capture everything. And I found that if I don’t write about what I really want to write about, the stuff that’s making me angry or happy or full of awe, then my interest wanes.

Write from your heart.

So this is what Weston Culture is about. I’m not saying it’s anything grand or noteworthy, just an outlet for me to write from my heart. I’m doing it organically so I’m not even prescribing what the content will be at this stage. I know there are things that I love: film, music, nerd stuff, psych stuff, things that make life cool, but let’s just see what emerges.

I have a computer full of resources from my coaching work and research, so I’m hoping to share as much of that as possible.

I also intend to keep (and publish) a bit of a meta/process journal of putting this site together, so if your interested in organic business or getting your own blog happening then you might want to subscribe to the feeds/email and come along for the ride.
