Nothing says Happy Holiday like a bowl of Coco Pops

No, I haven’t gone on the payroll of megafoodcorp. I’ve just got back from holiday out bush where the only mental activity required was deciding what to eat … for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner… Yes. It was gruelling.

It took exactly five days for me to feel relaxed and “on holiday”. That moment arrived when instead of reaching for my morning porridge I dug into the back of the pantry and dragged out my holiday breakfast choice from childhood: The Coco Pops.

You see, the only time I had the chocolately milkshake-makers as a child was when we went on holidays and it seems the association is now hard-wired in my brain [See Carolyn, I will concede that SOME things are hard wired.]

Anyhoo, I didn’t take very many photos this holiday. (Too busy eating and doing nothing) But here are two from the moment of sugar-fuelled holiday bliss.

Just like a chocolate milkshake ... only crunchy? Indeed they are.

Yep. Look's like the fog's set in. S'pose we'll just have stay here in front of the fire
