I’m talking about a meal that is more than just functional food; a meal that requires some thought, perhaps even consulting a recipe, extending the ingredient list to fresh, seasonal vegetables, adding herbs or spices, a splash of wine, or something really indulgent like the latest non-glutenous, superfood grain.
It may even be more than a single serve so that the leftover love can continue the next day.
For me, food isn’t just about fuel; it’s the simplest way I can do positive things daily for my body, and my life.
